One of the better Street Fighter dudes in the game, I'd say. He retains Ryu's great Shoryuken, and Akuma's Tatsu, but now they are both fire-flavoured. While he suffers from lower HP than average, it isn't as bad as Akuma's, and can probably survive more than one combo. A worthwhile pick, I'd say.
