The previous Storm I uploaded was pretty low quality, due to the original image being considerably worse than the rest of the MvC2 character portraits. Here's an upscaled, smoother version of the original render. Most particles have been eliminated, and it overall looks cleaner; that being said, due to it using a low resolution image as a base, it does not look perfect when it comes to smaller details. Until I find a better resolution pic of Storm, this is probably the highest quality render there is.
