BACKSTORY
She was born out of fusion experimentation done by Team Rocket in Kanto. The team aimed to make a slow tank that could hit hard, and heal itself within battle to make it the ultimate beast in combat. They did this by inserting the DNA of Chansey into dozens of Tyrunt eggs to hopefully have the lab-made fusions have the self healing capabilites Chansey is capable of.
After a few months, the eggs hatched, and out popped little Chansey and Tyrunt fusions all curious about the world around them. The scientists took them, and ran experiments on them while also slowly training them up to have them meet their full potential. Minnie was one of those many fusions, and passed just about every test with flying colors. From self-defense, healing, self-healing practice, and healing allies when in a combat situation. But, the only thing she ever failed at was battling, and she hated the idea of hurting pokemon or humans alike. It got to the point where she’d outright refuse the help of her sparring partner’s by fake hitting them in battle.
The scientists, though unhappy, pulled Minnie out of the programn, and cut their losses by removing her and a few others who were reluctant to fight. They instead moved these tanky healers into different sectors of rocket bases across many regions. Minnie was moved across many regions to be sent to the Rocket base in Sinnoh that was led by primarily pokemon. This type of Rocket base was experimental, but the humans had been getting great results from the pokemon led team, so why not send a good healer to keep it going?
Once Minnie got there she was given a very warm welcome by the staff, and leading Diamonds and seemed excited to have her a part of the crew. Although very shy she was excited to be able to use her skills to help pokemon instead of being the battle beast she was intended to be.
Once she finished all the formalities of paperwork she quickly got to work at the Infirmary, and Nursery! She thrived immensely putting her skills to use to heal others, and protect them when it came to dangerous situations.
She’s happily continued working under this sector of Team Rocket, and plans to keep doing so with the other staff!
