This is pretty good, but I don't think this would actually happen. (Pardon me, I know lots about Daleks because I love Doctor Who and so I've done my research..prepare for knowledge overload!)
Daleks have a very advanced casing, though this was not visable in the Classic Series. Their base, now advanced to the fact they can move without metal floors or static, actually has a gravity booster at the very bottom. This allows the Dalek to manipulate the effects on the gravity of its casing, making it as light or heavy as the situation requires. Thus, they are able to float in water, according to the anatomy chart I looked at. Furthermore, their casing is made of Dalekanium. A metal Davros constructed that is 10 to 20x as strong as steel, yet lighter than steel, much lighter in fact. This makes them very difficult to move, except under their own power.
To add on to this, I doubt the Dalek is simply sitting there while a very real threat is inches away. One blast from its laser would kill the Hulk instantly, and their manipulator arm is capable of crushing a man's skull, and virtually anything from novels, screenplays, and other forms of entertainment featuring Daleks.
If the need arose, the Dalek could also simply levitate out of Hulk's reach and blast away until he died, even if one energy bolt didn't kill him right away.
Not to mention Daleks are hardly ever alone, or without other Daleks close by.

Lol, that was the funniest bit of the whole movie. If there was ever a super hero that had a chance of defeating even a single Dalek, the Hulk would surely be that hero.

Yes, but even the hulk couldn't stand before the entire army. I keep on trying to explain to my friend that nearly anything that fights a dalek is dead meat, but he refuses to accept that the lasers would kill him after a while.

Hulk in the comics has beaten up people that can destroy planets, and once destroyed a planetary body twice the size of the Earth, by punching it. The Dalelks would have to resort to something less conventional to kill him, like that bomb thing they made that can speed up or reverse time.

Oh yes, even the Hulk would eventually be defeated by an entire army of Daleks, but he's the only super hero that quickly comes to mind that could defeat just a single Dalek, maybe a handful. Daleks in the series just look like they blast stuff but that's only because their weapons are so powerful, what the TV show doesn't show you is what they come up with when simply blasting the enemy doesn't work. They are always creatively finding a new way to kill their enemy and eventually they will succeed.

I don't know, half the times the Daleks return for Davros he betrays them in big way that is ultimately harmful to the Daleks. Ala "Resurrection of the Daleks"

Yes! Any flippin villian, or race of villians that look like they have a flippin toilet plunger for an arm should be smashed by Hulk. If you ask me, in my nerdiness, Hulk is one of the top 5 superheroes. Daleks are lame, but old school Dr. Who is passable....
