then THIS....THING shows up.
Running for your life through a building
that's about to explode while being chased
by monster ock WHILE he's screaming
"Spider-man? DIIIIIIIIIIE!!!"
Is terrifying.

Same here, I was around there when I first played the Game, I didn't really find him that scary, the only issue I had was that I didn't know (Back then about the second zip-line part of the final level.
