Description
Some official art of Multiform with the addition of the new lution, Sylveon. Multiform is but one in a species that are called Hydreevee. Also no, Multiform is not a sub-species to Hydreevee. That's just his name. XD

Species Information

Birth
Hydreevee are as simply explained as possible, hydra Eevee. They are born as pure Eevee, and can have heads ranging from just two to a maximum of twenty. They stick with their mothers for around a year before they are abandoned and left on their own. Daddy is normally gone after the mom is knocked up so he's never an issue (unless he comes back but it's extremely unlikely he ever will). It is during this time when young Hydreevee begin seeking out ways to evolve. This becomes their absolute fix and goal until it is accomplished and every single head has been put through a change. It isn't uncommon however to find some Hydreevee with a single Eevee head remaining despite their goals having been accomplished.

*** Until a year has passed, mothers are incredibly protective of their young. Infant Hydreevee are often preyed upon by their own kind in acts of desperation, or are the soul targets for males looking to dominate the female when she is in heat. It is advised that they are completely steered clear of if spotted with offspring nearby and vice versa (child seen before parent).

*** Mothers will NOT attack to kill their child when first abandoning it, but will attack it should the child not leave and try to remain by her side

Evolution
Evolution can be a mix of anything from a completely single type, to a mass mix, to heavily focusing on one with a few others added in. There is no set evolution that each head must go to, so any combination of the mix can be found. It is rare however that a single Hydreevee has every single evolution that it's ancestor species, Eevee, can evolve into. Most Hydreevee just go with brute instinct and take whatever they find in however many numbers they find it in. Some find four water stones, some will use complete daylight or moonlight, it all just depends on what is given to an individual of this species at the time.

Main Head
It is normal that the first head to evolve with this species is the main head; the one that is attached to the creature's body in the center. This head is always the first to open its eyes and the first to cry out. It's the most intelligent of the heads and often times is the one that should be watched out for. When this head evolves, the body evolves as well. The rest of the heads have no effect on the body aside from a respective tail. For each head on a body there is a respective tail to follow.

*** The rest of the heads on the body are not of a high intelligence. Most heads act as feral animals would, treating each other with basic pack instinct. They follow the main heads command and very rarely turn on themselves (though it can still happen).

Attacks
Hydreevee possess only one attack per head on their body, if any at all. Due to how sporadic this creatures DNA is, allowing for it to become a multitude of types at once, not to mention taking in that majority of its heads aren't very intelligent, it is incredibly difficult for this animal to actually learn anything. Any attacks learned by any of the heads, INCLUDING the main head, become permanent and remain with that head for the rest of the animals life. The difference between the main head however and the rest is that with more intelligence comes more promise. Usually the main head has the most powerful attack, while the rest hold much weaker attacks. Sometimes it can even be that some of the heads never figure out how to properly use an attack.

*** Parents are unable to pass down attacks to offspring, and offspring are born with no knowledge of attacks at all. They have only base instincts to go off of.

Powers
Unlike normal Hydra, Hydreevee do NOT possess the capability of growing two heads where the one is removed. Instead, the sliced off head just reforms back. The only head that CANNOT grow back is the main head. If successful and the main head is severed, the creature will start going feral on itself. No leader means there is no guidance, there is no order, there is only chaos. Without the main head to focus thoughts, feral instincts take over for all the rest and drive them into a purely territorial state.

Chaotic Hydreevee are a risk to only worry about if you get close to them. With weak attacks or none at all, there is no real risk to them becoming a powerful force bent on hunting you down because you chopped off its more important head. Rather, each head will just attack itself in a confused state. It may attack its attacker, but only if said attacker comes in range. Otherwise majority of the time, it will focus only on itself.

Abilities
Hydreevee CANNOT possess any natural abilities of any of its evolutions. Not even the main head is able to perform anything from what it evolves into.

Size
Hydreevee can grow to be a total height of sixteen feet tall and weigh in around 640 lbs.

Diet and Habitat
Meat. Fish. You. 8U

They eat whatever is around them in their respective territories which, because of how many types they possess, can be just about anywhere that each type can thrive in.

*** Adult Hydreevee will eat their own kind if there is no other source of food around or have become desperate for food from life effecting injuries. Infants are majority of the time the focus for cannibalistic attacks. If none can be found then the next best thing becomes the target (often times one that is elderly and weak).

Killing
Stab it. Shoot it. It can die from any fatal wound. The only areas that will not result in death if are its heads.
