Rock Human Vortex in the style of Megaman 7.

Personally, I like him without a helmet, maybe because it doesn't make him goofier than he already is.

I do like how this turned out though, Megaman 7 sprites for me are hard to attempt, but somehow I managed to get by with this.
He will also appear in an upcoming fan-fiction featuring Megaman and Castlevania, so this is what he will look like during those events.
