I have to say, to me, this is just about the best Nancy has ever looked. Of all the versions of the character that have existed since 1930, only the redheaded Nancy of the late 80's looks better to me than early 40's Nancy, who's on display here in all her glory (and the main reason why I prefer redhead Nancy is because it means the three main girls--Bess, George, and Nancy--fall into the classic pattern of blonde-brunette-redhead, respectively. With Nancy being blonde, it means the group has two blondes, one brunette, and no redheads. Make early 40's Nancy a redhead, and you've got perfection).
