is my great Oc Flan.Bo style Harvey Street KidsFlan.Bo is labeled "the evil scientist" a virtually brilliant boy, an eccentric science genius who wants to be an evil villain and take over Harvey Street, yet he does not fulfill this role well because he is bad at being evil, (especially the Harvey girls interversion) and his follies and self-centeredness sometimes get him into trouble, without messing about that he is something in love which makes him less evil than he wants to be
