There , finally done.. my first, and most probably last sitcom, since i hate sitcoms..also notice the movie starts as much as i can to make a sitcom, but over half of it it slowly turns into an old fashioned Roger movie including over-the-top music :S hehehe..Red dwarf. about the carefree Lister and the neurotic Rimmer on an abondonned spaceship with a mutated Cat, butler robot, witty computer guy, whining women and in this case our Euan... About to crash on... the monkey planet O_o

For a flash this is very well done! I especially liked the background music you had running through the whole movie. I had a problem hearing the voice actors though! I really liked the voices a lot, but the volume was way too low. Considering the style of animation you were using, it was smooth - there was one part that looked weird when one of the characters was typing on a console but other than that nothing stuck out in my mind.
I really wanted to read the words on the side of the ship! But it was gone in the blink of an eye. I don't know if that was intentional or not (it might have been) but I thought I would point it out.
Oh man! That monkey stuff was great! My only quip was that the henchmonkeys (for lack of a better term) were way too in sync with each other... Again, I think that may have been intentional (saying that they have no individual identity are and blindly following orders) and if it was then that's okay XD hehehe I also think that the space ship took a little too long to land, a second or two shorter and it would have been fine... maybe kicking up a little dirt would be a good effect to keep it from being too static...
The laugh tracks were well-placed... though I think it could have been a bit louder (though I'm glad it didn't drown out the characters' voices!) and the characters gave plenty of time between laughs.
I think one of the most impressive things was how you handled the lip-syncing! Where did you learn how to do that so well?
I'm not familiar with your characters, but I really like the initial designs of everyone. I was curious too, what does the H stand for? The humor was well placed and very funny! I was laughing out loud for most of it. ^^
Anyways, I think this was awesome and you really handled the sitcom parody well for someone who hates them XD hehehe Keep up the great work!!

Yeah i should have done the typing scene better, which most of my movies, soon i get close to the end i start rushing, otherwise i would have drawn complete new hands for lister.. ah well.. bad me.
The ship text said something like: This is not the red flash but a ship fliying here for no reason in this flash.. Basicly because i couldn't draw the red dwarf any good, before people start complaining how weird the Red Dwarf looks, i can point out it was a diffrent random ship
WEll, president Bush+ even stupider = extreme dumb.. so yeah, all henchmonkeys are all exactually cting the same, on all times because it's the only thing they can do.. only the stone thrower seemed to be a bit smarter..
Yeah i wasn't to happy with the carashlanding either.. Why didn't i change it... O_o.. yeah..D'oh.. I'm lazy in removing the final minor problems after a flash is finished
Well, the voices were mostly done by Euan, i already cracked up the volume by 15% but it was still low. If i would increase the volume more you would hear static and stuff trough it, so i was forced to downgrade the soundeffects, music and my own voicelines.
Lipsync? all a matter of experience my friend. Basicly, i have one looping mouth that goes open and close, place the sound clip of the voiceline one layer above the mouthmovie, and stretch it every time the sound gets louder. On random spots i listen if there is an O or I spoken or something to have the mouth also stretch horizantally or something for more various movement.. well hard to explain actually..
It's not my characters at all, except the henchmen Bushes and Blair. Red Dwarf is a real tv series.
The H on Rimmer's head, mean "hologram" since the real Rimmer died in episode 1 with the whole spaceship crew except Lister, and now a Hologramm with his personality is created by the computer to keep Lister from going mad.. tough he usually does the oposite..

Thanks for answering my questions, I really appreciate it. I still think you did a _really_ good job, especially on the opener and the credits! (forgot to mention how much I enjoyed them as well XD)
Have you ever seen the show KA-BLAM? It was on Nickelodeon. Your Flash style reminds me a lot of that show's style, especially in the way you animate. Twas a very humorous show XD hehehe

Actually i never heared of Red dwarf either till Euan started bothering me about it.. I HATE sitcoms after all, plus i hate pretty much everything on tv, the few rare nice series are completely ruined by 15 minutes commercial every minute.. No way, i get my invader Zim/ Southpark/ love Hina/ Excel saga and other, unlike on the tv, GOOD SERIES via internet without damn commercials.. HA!

Oh yeah. Red Dwarf = coolest Brit Comedy ever. I'm not quite sure if this flash was trying to take the piss out of the program or just canned laughter in general though. Nice touch having the 2DTV and IMP versions of bush and blair in there, though. And Craig Charles = hero.

yeah i only made fun of audience laughters in general, rest of the episode was Supposed to be a normal as possible red dwarf episode.. Altough the last scenes my rnadom manner of animating takes over again

Sitcoms are life audience shows, where th actors act in front of an audience, so their laughs and emotions are recorded
This is necesairy, because the jokes are soo extremely bad, you need a backkdrop laugh to remind you something funny happened. See it's a comedy with a guide.
Jokes are usually stuff in the category, say something while it's the oposite, like:
Some guy is playing with a model airplane
other person walks in, the first guy hides his plane
Guy#2 what were you doing?
Guy#1 I was..ehh.. doing very important things! *audience laughs*

hehe, i felt like a real jackass when doing Lister's voice, but i think i did well, i was going to raise the volume of the lines before i gave them to you, but my parents were around so i couldnt really make talk that loudly (damn) soooo anyways, great job on this! ^_^ hope to see more from you.

Sorry buddy, but Red Dwarf's over. Season... 8 was their final round. I guess they realized there was only so much they could do with it before it just got stale. In a way, I'm kinda glad they DID realize this, because there are so many shows that are stale and horrid to begin with, and then the producers just keep pumping out more... Pretty much anything on Family Channel follows that pattern.
As for the movie. Yeah, voice acting coulda been better, but Silliness ensues nevertheless. I never did like Bush. XD
