Alright, if there's ONE relatively minor inconvenience about being a centaur, it's that some parts of your body are a little tricky to access. This isn't too much of an issue for horses since they have humans taking care of them, they don't mind smelling like, well, horses, and they just scratch their butts on fences, trees, or whatever when the need arises. We centaurs are more refined than that

Contrary to popular belief, I am actually far more flexible than people assume, and I can actually reach everything (and I do mean everything) when I need to. However it does take some awkward bending and stretching, and it's not entirely comfortable. It would be nice to have easier access to my hindquarter areas. This is where something like a Portal gun would be so convenient.

Exhibit A, an itchy butt. Humans have it easy; they can just reach back with ease and scratch those itches away. If there isn’t a willing friend around I have to bend back and to the side at an awkward angle with my torso, bend my 'horso' as much as I possibly can to bring my haunches closer, and reach back with my arms as far as I can. It is possible, but it ain't exactly comfortable. Or sometimes I have resorted to using a stick, or even on a few desperate occasions rubbed it against *sigh*... a tree >.< What I wouldn't give to have something like a portal gun to make those areas easier to reach. I'd literally use it all the time for cleaning, brushing, scratching, hoof maintenance, stallion maintenance, etc... I’d have the best groomed tail around!
