I drew this for this contest [link] for the club!I don't usually enter contests, but i've wanted to draw Roller Girl and Summer Snowflake in some kind of a summer theme drawing for a long time...so i'm killing two birds with one stone.

I really like this new coloring style you did on the picture. Did you use a smudge tool to get the ripple effect on the girls?
Man, makes me want to go out swimming myself, but our pool is 95 degrees. It's like bath water, it's almost better to swim in the tub. T_T

Thanks! Yeah, I did use the smudge tool for the girl underwater and for rollergirl's hand. I developed my new coloring style after looking at a traditional airbrush tutorial.
wow, 95 degrees? really? o.O Your pool must get lots of sun durring the day. My boyfriend's pool is perfect 85 degrees, it's sooo nice ^^ Too bad he doesn't have a diving board. Dang...now I want to go swimming too.
