The version of SWAT and a mix of other sci fi universes gives us the SLF Judictators, mobile, reliable and highly elite police that act as Judge, Jury and Executioner for many of the Grand Cities underground and streets. Given the compact society of each City having to work with the space amounted by their walls Police are strained constantly through busy traffic and crowded areas when in time of need, while they made adminstration compromises and smalk "Pods" scattered across the city for policemen to be easier the Judicators are a permanent solution. A controversial choice to allow those in the ranks of the judicators to bend the law as required, and leniency as to the nature of their organisation's directives not alot will really stop a Judicator reciting the broken law and commuting a sentence on the spot, of course though they are only handpicked for loyalty and drilled hard to weed out the flakers.

had fun making them, always was a fan of things such as Robocop and Judge Dredd and made this in inspiration of those worlds
