Now, I assume that this form isn't canon to the events of Return to Dream Land (you're gonna have to play the Magolor Epilogue for more information), but I'd imagine that if he wanted to make Drawcia Soul swoon for him, he'd just use a spell to temporarily transform himself into this form. But without all of the grotesque features such as the eye mouth, Master Crown attached to his body, creepy smile, and his gloves still completely intact (Star Allies depicts them as Magolor's gloves deteriorating). It'd be so that Magolor could look like Magolor Soul, but more vibrant and less creepy.
