This shot is from the episode "Hypno's Naptime". And shows the part where this Drowzee is using Hypnosis on Misty to bring her out of being a Seel.

I think this is the only best shot in all of the anime put together, that really shows off the great hypnotic power of Drowzee's hypnosis!
Problem is with this episode, (Think its cos its an English dub) That his arms hardly move, and the rings/waves dont exactly flow towards you at all. They just stay put. Which kinda sucks cos thats the whole point of it really, is SUPPOSED to flow towards you, what the hells the point of showing it just stood still?
Well, think its cos of English dubs make it like so incredibly boring cos of health and safety things. Cos im pretty sure the Japanese version is totally more inspiring!
But i dont have it at this moment of time for you to compare it. But im sure it is a great sight to see!
