"Oh! A moment of your time!" you hear Arka say as he comes up to you. "There's been some delightful progress in one of the research labs and I just need someone to see."

He leads you to a facility room where on the table is a smooth purple crystal atop a small pedastal, glowing with energy. "Lovely isn't it? You cannot imagine how much work it took to smooth it proper...these crystals seem to naturally grow razor sharp. But it's quite remarkable, condensed down in such a manner it should be quite useful for an upcomi-...ah...where did it go?"

You and Arka both look to the now empty pedastal, then over to your Pokemon who has the crystal in it's mouth.
