Same goes for your avatar. It contains a fragment of Official Nintendo Artwork of Rosalina, so it's not allowed to be your avatar unless you had permission from Nintendo. According to FAQ #214: What are deviantART's policies regarding avatars? , if your avatar contains a portion of a work made by another artist it will be removed by staff at the request of the original artist.
Just because you're a plz account, doesn't mean you can get away with the rules. Many plz accounts do this too, but that's not an excuse to do it too.
