A yoga pose I really like is the cobra. It's pretty simple, as you lie on your front and use your arms to lift your torso up. It's a good way to stretch out your back, which is why I like it.I thought I'd draw Folly trying out the pose. While she's normally active, sometimes, she just enjoys a bit of passive exercise, too. She's decided to to a bit of yoga to help relax her muscles (which she may or may not have). Doing this snake-themed pose seems to be very calming for her.
