I find it amusing that out of all my characters, Dr. Guy has probably the poorest diet out of any of them. As even other characters have pointed out, he mostly lives on candy bars and Dr Pepper. It's not meant to be a commentary or anything; it's just a little joke that the medical health professional also has poor nutrition. Of course, health and wellness are connected, but they're two different things.
I thought I'd draw Waluigi Guy calling the doc out on his seemingly hypocritical practice. He finds it hard to follow the medical advice of a doctor who regularly consumes junk food. Dr. Guy's aware of his own vices, but knows that his patients need to avoid them, too. Thus, he'd prefer they listen to what he says than imitate what he does.
