Description
There are certain songs that I tend to associate with couples I ship. During my year of working an office job, having drawings of Rosalina & Pit next to me has made certain songs easier to associate with them. Having a limited selection of songs only makes these connections stronger. Here's one such song.
I thought I'd draw Rosalina and Pit together in the sky. Obviously, Pit is associated with the sky, being an angel who hails from the land of Skyworld. And while Rosalina is more associated with deep space, there are a few levels in Galaxy (and especially Galaxy 2, though that one features her less, sadly) that have sunny skies for backgrounds. Having them both in the sky together made sense. Along with an association to the sky, they also have gravity-defying abilities, with Pit being able to fly (with help) and Rosalina floating. So not only are they in the sky, they're able to stay in the sky together for longer periods of time. It makes them wonder if time is even passing them by...
