I don't know about any of you, but Kirby: Star Allies is the game I'm looking most forward to this year. The game takes elements from two of my favorite Kirby games, namely the Helpers from Super Star (Ultra) and the combined abilities from The Crystal Shards. I'm hoping that it has a "Helper to Hero" mode like Super Star Ultra, and one video about the Helpers gives the impression that there will be an ability to play as Helpers on their own.
One new Helper I'm particularly looking forward to is Wester. Whip is one of my favorite abilities in the series, and I think Wester has a cool design. While I like like Whippy more, due to their resemblance to tigers, I think Wester works as a Helper. Due to the similarities between Whip and Yo-Yo, I thought it might be fun to draw GIMbo, my GIM character, and a Wester. Since Westers and GIMs both wear cool hats, I thought GIMbo should compliment Wester on his sweet fedora. I imagine Wester sounding like a stereotypical cowboy, so he can't just thank him. Maybe someday, I'll make some new characters based on the new Helpers.
