Awhile back, I was watching a video about techniques to go to sleep. One of the things it discussed is how it's easier to sleep when your body is cooler than it is when it's warmer. As a result, I've been noticing it a lot more over the past year or so. It's probably when I normally sleep on top of the covers instead of under them.I thought I'd draw Icea dealing with this issue. As mentioned before, her thermoregulation is inverted, thanks to her ice powers. However, in this case, it actually makes some sense. When she's too warm, it's hard for her to sleep and she needs to cover herself more. But once the temperature cools down, she feels much better and is able to rest easier.
