Before the pandemic, one of my favorite things about going to warehouse stores like Sam's Club and CostCo was the free samples. While I don't think there were any that ever sold me on the product, it did provide some nice snacks while shopping. It seems both stores are returning to having samples, though only time will tell...I thought I'd draw Tempo and Nail in a warehouse store, getting free samples. Tempo, cheapskate she is, has continually gone to restaurants to eat complimentary tortilla chips and bread. Her wanting and enjoying free samples would be entirely in-character for her. She's gone around the entire store and found various free samples to eat. Nail's (mildly) happy for the different free food to try.
