Well, we've reached the end of 2017...and thank God, too! 2017 has been a very rough year for many people, from the looming threat of nuclear warfare to the rise of white supremacists in America to The Emoji Movie being financially successful. The year wasn't all bad, as the Nintendo Switch was released and had several awesome games released for it. But overall, 2017 was less pleasant than 2016. Hopefully, 2018 will be an improvement, especially with Ralph Breaks The Internet coming early in the year.
I thought it would be cute to draw Marcy and Quentin waiting for the last few seconds of 2017 and the first few of 2018. I figured that Quentin would have his dad's night owl nature and would easily be able to stay up to midnight. Marcy, on the other hand, has gotten too tired to experience the end of the year and the start of the next.
