Nothing much to say, it's one of the enemies in Genshin Imapct
[I really recomend it, go check it out]
It's called "Hydro Samachurl". I tried to make a light coming from the bottom and I think it turned out pretty good? Don't ask why, he's flying, I'm too lazy to make background.
Can someone please help e with drawing arms properly? I know there's a lot of tutorials, but they're not helping me.
