Pretty amazing to see so many people show up in the rain to support a worthy cause.
All of the police when I was there were doing exactly as they should - standing back in a non-threatening manner and keeping an eye on things just in case an idiot decided to throw something.
Not sure what it's like in other parts of the world but around East Yorkshire mask wearing is not widespread. I saw more masks and face coverings at this one protest than in the last 3 months combined. I have more chance of catching Covid-19 going to the supermarket.
Black lives matter.
