Baxter was all about building sand castles, but his true motives soon became clear the moment the castle was complete so he could bury himself in the sand. He fell asleep content, heedless of the tide coming in. How is all the noise from the Pokemon playing not waking him up? Clearly the Gible is amused just watching the show.
