One of my favourite sons, he is one of the main members of the Red Rouges, an outlaw group of anti-heroes formed outside of Gotham. He is Jason Todd's childhood friend and heavily crushed on him. Quinn works with rehab centers outside of the mask as therapy work for his own rehab and drug addiction. His father is the leader of a gang called the Bear Paws which he still struggles to hold allegiance too and also fight crime.
