You've seen Guts Man's concept for Super Smash Revolution, and here I bring you LWN-007, Spark Man
Just like Guts Man, I've used elements from the origingal Spark Man and SparkMan.Exe. I mean, he's got everything, the crazy helmet, the circle above his head and the metal shockers as hands (Oh wait, Spark Man doesn't have any hands.)
And you see the blue rings with electricity around the body? Yeah, that's Spark Man's Shock Tubes. In a nutshell, when ever Spark Man's metal shockers gets hit by any electricity, the electricity goes into to tubes, which triples Spark Man's power.
