The next one on my ref update list
He's a old fan made Eeveelution from 2011 that i was really proud of at the time Now-days there are so many things that could have been better with his design, but am going to keep the original for nostalgic purposes.
This is Steeleon he's the steel eeveelution who was created by showdow as a present for spanaster (Who loves pokemon) . He's a battle monster who lives to fight and win challenging everything he come across and spending countless hours practicing his moves and learning new ones. His ears are as sharp as razor blades and he has incredible speed and agility making him a tough pokemon to defeat, though despite his strengths he cannot get wet without rusting up and has a poor ability to tolerate high humidity.
It was fun doing another ref for him, hes been so neglected.
Anyways there are heaps of things that irritate me with this ref
but i hope you guys like none the less

Ori Sans: hiding in tree, uploading footage of Steeleon. May or may not know that as a Necron Steeleon can now disable magic within a null field matrix. As this includes Ori Sans' spirit respawn point he can be killed permanently.
Necron Flowey teleports smiling in front of Jipsi with a rolled up suggestive anime poster. "Want some? Cooperate with me, and maybe you'll have a taste."

Jayfox: *he looks up at the tree and drools with a blank expression*
Jipsi: *he looks Necron over* Hmmmm What sort of thing do you want me to do?
steeleon: *is happily out maiming people in the city and searching for you and Jayfox*

Police fire on Steeleon but his living metal heals itself. Steeleon would notice an overlay of Necron tech he can use.
Gauss beam: vaporize matter including armor
Transdimensional Beamer: trap enemies in pocket dimension
Tesla beam: fire electrical arc
Hyperphase claw: cut dimensionally through matter
Phasing: teleport, pass attacks through oneself
Null Field Matrix: disable magic in a certain range
Pylon: stationary planted; disable magic in a certain radius
Scarabs: consume and build other matter including Necron tech
Resurrection Orb: locally reverse time to resurrect anything dead and destroyed
Ori Sans slips into an abandoned building and plants a magical save point somewhere hidden; if he falls in battle he will be able to respawn from there provided Steeleon doesn't find and destroy it.
Ori rushes forward and surrounds Steeleon with a ring of spirit flame, aiming Sein Blaster to fire. "cease your rampage and you will live."
Necron downloads into Jipsi's brain a map of buried tombs within the solar system's planets. Some have been discovered and mistaken as long-dead human ruins. "Here my people sleep. Go forth and awaken them with the code I have given you."
