I love it! Great shading and great style too. Like someone else said it was a good idea to not just copy a disney picture (or nick a photo and photoshop it hmmmph) and i'm so happy you used Pencil and pen! It's so much more impressive to me if someone uses crayon because shading then becomes an art and is difficult. So well done over all

Two niggles however, one the hands. Everyone hates hands (probably) but they're just a wee bit too flippery for me. However she is wearing gloves so it can be discredited!

Second, the hair, although great, long and sexy (and perfect colour) i think it just needs a bit of poofiness at the front to give her a feel of the glamour. Otherwise, perhaps a tiny bit grungey?!

Love it however, and your artwork...i'm watching you *creepy?*

Hand-drawn Jessica Rabbit... Interesting... I like it.

One thing I like about this piece is that you didn't just copy the Disney "style". This has a much different look from the Disney version. The first difference that hits me is the hair. This one difference, while not major in itself, casts the character in a whole different light. Instead of the "super-shiny" Jessica from Disney, we have a dyed look. Also, the eyes are different. They are not as wide and are overall more realistic in this piece. The anatomy is also different. In this piece Jessica appears more "natural". Finally, her dress, while still cut very much the same, appears to "flow" more in this one. You talk about the "sparkling" effect not showing up on this scan but in my opinion, it is better this way.

I am glad you didn't simply copy over from a cel of Roger Rabbit, and took the time to create this yourself. You definitely have a style all your own.
