The mysterious malino who goes only by his codename, Blaster or Moss is the 10th member of the Karkos 10.

Overview:

He is a racoon dog hybrid with red themed colors. He has orange eyes and his left eyelid is green. Like the rest of the Karkos 10, he wears an orange prisoner jumpsuit. After the shut down of the Karkos snuff film ring, he wears a dark brown hunter vest and a black boonie hat

The bios of the Karkos 10 are a mystery, with only partial information. Except for Blaster, there is no info of his past making him an enigma. Interestingly he resides in Karkos City as a hitman working for Batric, a honorary high class level business man of the notorious Pretty Blood. How he received death row in Karkos City is unknown as the mayor is dead from natural causes and Jerry Snow is the de-facto leader of this city, it is suggested that Pretty Blood must've seen no use to Blaster anymore, however instead of getting killed with lethal injection or whatever torture Rinny has on her sleeve. They decided to put him into Jerry Snow's snuff film ring instead to get killed there.

Blaster is very silent and rarely ever talks. According to the members of the Karkos 10, he acts like he's on a mission of sorts which is why Blaster never speaks. His first words spoken is when Jerry Snow killed his 16 year old brother where he shouted obscenities at Jerry as his young bro is the only family he has left. After killing Jerry Snow and escaping Karkos City with the rest of the Karkos 10, he still doesn't reveal his changed name either but is recognized by his changed codename, Moss.

Trivial fact:

It is unknown about the fate of Moss' other relatives. It is speculated that they are also secretly killed possibly at the hands of Pretty Blood or his parents are already dead and his 16 year old brother is the only family he has left
