my gaming group is putting together a World of Darkness game rn (using the old books -- not the current "let's pander to the worst people in existence!!!" edition) and I had to play Morgan in it because well... She's my go-to whenever I need a vampire and she slotted into being a Toreador REALLY REALLY WELL. I'm both excited for and dreading the game though because oh my god am I gonna CRY at some point. Why?

Well, since Morgan was a little girl, she had known she was destined to be with a certain person. She didn't know who they were or where they were, but she knew they were out there. She started to realize after awhile that she'd been looking for them in lifetime after lifetime but in the last few, she hadn't managed to find them before she died. So when her Sire was killed, she decided she would use her immortality to look for her destined Love. Who happens to be a werewolf who doesn't remember her.

Ah, all my tropes: star-crossed lovers, love that lasts through death and A N G S T. I cannot wait to see how it plays out.
