I made this last year, and I made it because I wanted a character in HTFMegaman 's Happy Tree Friends Adventures that would utilize Brandy's air/wind powers (Brandy never appeared since HTFA6). Never really got to show it to the public until now.This is just what Windy looks like in the style of Happy Tree Friends, but you are allowed to draw them in any style you please. Windy is meant to be sassy/snarky, but they have good motives and intentions.
