Made for this contest here: Short Challenge #28 - Last Week to enter

The art is based off a story I wrote and published of where the woman, Elaine, in an effort to stop the dark dragon Zar'ul from taking over the realm, goes on a quest to seek the power behind the legendary Crown of Ravens in the hopes of wielding it against the dark forces coming.

Honestly, I think the hardest part about this was making the crown. You don't think about the complexity of the design when you're writing the story, but it's another thing altogether when you actually have to make it yourself. After calling myself a moron for writing a crown this weird, I finally said a very desperate prayer for some divine help. And thank God, He did, and the crown actually turned out better than I expected.
