Alright, this is looking fine so far. Gotten more backgrounds in and started to fill some text.I am so far pretty happy with the outcome. I don't think it will end up as complex and detailed as I originally wanted, but I enjoy this style too.
I think I am pretty close to done, so this is the 2nd wip and the last WIP and the next one is the completed layout.
What do you think about it?

Some of the backgrounds I traced back to some shutter stock members, but are unsure if its the original.
For those artist on pixiv I didnt realize that pixiv dont have unique usernames, and so some of the names will be hard to find. I'll see if I can link the users after I re-find the users. And I'll remember this for future designs. If known any of the artist of the work used or are the artist, don't hesitate to contact me so I can add your credit.
