Cinder Fall from RWBY, but also in my fanmade story The Red Wolf. The festival outfit she wears will be her primarily outfit for the next future volumes though not in my first few ones especially the first one. The reason why is because it's my most favorite outfit for Cinder and it's a shame we don't get to see her in that one often nor even see her in combat with it.

Weapons: bare hands, obsidian weapons made by one her semblances, Obsidian Forgeing
Powers & Abilities: Scorching Caress(semblance) Obsidian Forgeing, Pyromancy, strength, speed, agility, hand to hand combat
Likes: obtaining power, Aero being one step ahead of her(surprisingly), fire, hot places
Dislikes: being abused, anyone being one step ahead of her(except for Aero), losing her chance of gaining power
Friends & Family: Aero, deceased original family
Enemies: Stepmother, stepsisters, people who bully and abuse her

Background and Lore(SPOLIERS TO THE ORIGINAL SERIES)
As a child, Cinder once lived peacefully and a unknown town. Sadly, it was attacked and destroyed by hordes of grimm, killing everyone except for Cinder who was the only survivor. After being placed to an orphanage(bad idea), Cinder was mistreated badly by the other orphans and even the caretakers, leading her to snap. After being adopted by an evil step mother who runs the Glass Unicorn which is allied with the Scheens Company, Cinder was more abused by her and her step sisters. Luckly the ones who care for her are Rhodes and the Red Wolf Aero whom she grew close to. After an incident involving the death of Rhodes, Cinder vowed to become strong and even wish to view Aero as a friendly rival in hopes of being as strong as the Red Wolf himself.....

Triva
RSZircon wish to try to make Cinder a bit likeable compair to her original counterpart, such as using fire as a semblance, maybe having her own spirit grimm like a phoenix, and wearing the festival outfit more often than shedoes in the original.
-He also stated the festival outfit is his most favorite of Cinder and said it's a shame Cinder doesn't wear often nor how she look while in combat.
Cinder's team in The Red Wolf will NOT have Emerald nor Mercury as both them will be with a team lead by someone who cares about them, but I won't tell ya who it is.....yet
