Not much known is about Raina, except that she guaranteed Megan McKenzie, her right-hand-girl, an endless supply of money and sponsorship to run Fighting Angels so long as Megan can keep up her end of the bargain. So far, Raina has been pleased with her work. Megan sees her almost like a parental figure, giving her nothing but unequivocal love, respect, and obedience.

She also acts as the 'invisible hand' for many of the happenings with Fighting Angels, and has an outreach that goes beyond Campuses, often involving girls from within and outside the realms of Fighting Angels, DeviantArt, and Fighting Game Characters.
