Toph Bei Fong (北方 托芙 ), from Nickelodeon's surprisingly well-written Avatar.Toph is blind, bitchy, and very, very powerful.
So I even tried drawing her in about as close to the original colouring scheme as I could manage, with the whole "cell-shading" business that I don't often use. All in all, I think she turned out quite nicely.

Once more your hand skills makes me want to dive onto the floor in a fit of fangirl squeals. The Cell shading is great! You know how much I like that style ^_^ and the pose.. LOTS of emotion and character in that pose, there. I do hope you draw more of these characters.
