I started this yesterday and finished it just a few minutes ago. It's not perfect, but it is traditional so all things considered, it's not too bad. I was originally just drawing his head but then I liked the expression so much that I kept going.

Unfortunately, when I went to make this my GI!Sans, I got the torso measurements wrong and made it too short. My boi is 6'2, so we can say this is GI!Sans pre-growth-spurt OR it can be any Sans. But anyway, I turned a doodle into shading practice. What do you think? It's probably not perfect, but I did do it from memory for the first time. I especially like the hood's folds and shading. I was trying to copy how bleedman does them from memory - I have partial eidetic memory where I can recall basic shapes, though imperfectly. But the more I see it and the better I understand it, the easier it is to remember.

Anyway, it's been a while but I'll be turning critique on because I want feedback on how to improve shading. Mind you, my mind makes it so that I learn by figuring out things like a puzzle. If it makes sense logically, then I can crack the code. If it doesn't or I'm missing pieces, then it's no good. So if you want to give me a critique that will help, keep that in mind. You can critique however you see fit (provided it's helpful/constructive), but that is what best helps me.
