I made my own little Chaly. Chaly is a winged skull that is found on various album covers by the thrash metal band Overkill.
The skull is just a small Halloween ornament. The wings are 4 pieces of paper glued to each other on a piece of wire that goes through the skull. Stand is painted wood and the barbed wire is home-made out of a few pieces of steel-wire. (I cut my hand 3 times during the hour it took to make it). The name plate is made with a CO2 laser that I have access to at work.
