Description

Members, if you would like to unlock a digivolution for a certain digimon, you can check for the amount of Bits and "purchase" digivolutions here!

When joining the group, every member has to make up his/her mind with which Digivolution Line they want to start. However, they don’t have to stick to that line. During the Tournament it is possible to switch between those Digivolution Lines and unlock a Digivolution of a different one. To unlock a Digivolution, a special amount of points (called Bits) has to be invested. The price depends on the stage, the colours represent the different stages and their power level (blue is the weakest, purple the strongest; dark evolution is an exception -> see below). The stronger the stage, the more expensive it is.

For example: One chooses the normal Digivolution line and later spends Datum points to unlock the Champion form; next time however, they spend Datum points to unlock an Armor Digivolution, and the time after that they want to Xros it. One can unlock any Digivolution at any stage, if they have the required amount of points (Bits).

*Hybrids: For people who want to start with the Spirit (Hybrid) Line it is not required to have a Partner Digimon (but they can of course).  They will get a P-Spirit (Rookie form; like Flamemon) from the judges at the beginning of the story if they don’t have one already.  If they want to switch to a different line and need a partner, they can get one. See FAQ to learn more about that
Note that also Digimon can digivolve with the Spirits. However, the end result (the Hybrid Digimon) will always be the same.

*Xros: They will start with 2 Digimon: the main partner and one xros partner (both in Rookie form). They can get more Digimon along the tournament. -> See FAQ or

*Dark: The dark evolution is a free Digivolution stage: meaning one does not have to invest points to unlock it and it can be at any power stage. However, it is just for story purpose and not for actually fighting as one has no control over the Digimon anymore and it will attack everything it sees. So if someone wants to fight properly, they still have to unlock normal Digivolutions.

Prices:

Yellow: 20 points
Orange: 50 points
Red: 100 points
Purple: 200 points
Black: 0 points (see above for more details.)

Using this method, is it possible to start with Xros but then allow the early Xros team members to normally evolve? Say, I start with a Liollmon and Bearmon, but eventually allow them to become Leomon and Gryzmon, and work the way up to BanchouLeomon and Callismon?

For your main partner, yes, you may definitely do that! And yes, you may evolve your secondary partners, however, you must have enough points to do so; this is so we can balance a multi-digimon team and by the end, not have a team that has, say, 4 partners and can all evolve to Mega unless you have earned the points (the team worked hard) to do so. But, say you have 60 points. That's enough for a single Xros-2 or two Champions. I hope that makes sense.

Certainly! I knew it'd take more points to do so, that was rather obvious. But what about purchasing new team members? Could it cost less to get them at beneath the evolutionary stage listed in the Xros chart? Say, get a 3rd Child level rather than Adult?

Well, any new partner to add to the team is free so long as it's Rookie or smaller. You just have to introduce them into the story.

Now for Xros, the points make it so that, say you need to have Xros 3 (the Red Tier.) That technically means, with those 100 points, you are using 50 to evolve on rookie to ultimate, and then another 50 to evolve the other rookie to ultimate, and then Xros those two together for the 100-point-tier Xros 3.

Another combination to do is you can use 5 Champions, which is 20 points each, to Xros together for a 100 point Xros that is as strong as a Mega. After all, Xros functions as if each digimon is an interchangeable part.

True, though I plan to pace myself with the evolutions. I'll only reach X5 once my Liollmon has reached at least Perfect level, though I may have all 5 team members well before then to have variety in the Xrosses. So when will this point system template be out then?

Well, the option is out there; we really don't expect for anyone to have an army of rookies. Well, except for one person, but that's our secret NPC that we'll introduce later~

As for the point system template, we'll have it soon.

So long as your partner is of Child level or under, it costs nothing to get new partners. All you have to do is introduce them!

I'm sure that once this starts again, we'll pick up on activity in the chatroom. It's been dead since after the events of R1....I hope that with the start of this new adventure brings the start to many different connections as well

What's Armor 2,3, and L?

Armor Digivolution is the Armor Digi-Egg evolutions; since Armor Digivolution technically didn't come with levels, in this chart, we are allowing armor digivolution users to have armor digi-eggs of different power-levels. For instance, Amor 2 is simply a different armor-egg that is stronger than the one used for Armor 1, and so forth. Armor L is the 4th stage.
