So I have this idea that is very early stages, but check it. After Gwen Stacy's death, Miles and Peter Parker are brought together by her funeral. They learn that Gwen was doing her own investigation into parallel dimensions and find a conspiracy that has the spiderverse itself at it's heart. A detective story meets ronin fable. The two unlikely allies become their world's only chance for hope. It'd be a futuristic Japanese aesthetic/world, a Spiderman, without Spiderman, a story. Peter would have futuristic prosthetic limbs but uses the Lizard serum to regrow his legs. Spending long periods of time in the Lizard form. Allows him to retain his clarity, and Miles uses his Prowler persona to manipulate gangs into a chaotic form of order. thought?
