I'd say you definitely succeeded in making a very beautiful scene and there are lots of things I love about how you did it.
First off, I love how you have Rarity with her hair all down and without its curls and her calm, tranquil expression. Then you have this amazing moonlit sky with the light shining down and little twinkling bits all around Rarity, it just looks so wonderful.
Of course, there are other things that I think you did so well, I wish I was better at describing what it is that I love in this, but I can only say that I just am amazed ^^
