Oh hey I finally made a ref for her

Short summary of the character: Ruby was once a witch who died trying to get revenge on the humans who killed witches like her. Ruby was reborn into a cat with the help of a powerful being by the name of Amber. Ruby was given the job to sort through souls and decide their fates (a Reaper). But there was a couple of times where Ruby messed up and let her feelings get the better of her, which caused her to die. In punishment of her failure Amber killed off the world Ruby was a part of and sent her to a new one. In this new life Ruby blamed her emotions then decided to curse herself away from these emotions and store it into a crystal ball that also contains her magic (she can only use curses). She now continues being a Reaper and lives in a dark forest between the realm of the living and the dead (Soul Realm)

I cut out a lot of her story because there is so much, but hopefully this summary explains her past a bit. I kinda want to show the evolution of her design but I have to go through a big ass box of my old art to find some drawings of her.
