Yup, it's that time again that you'll see a few ref sheets being pumped out from time to time for the group ! This time around, we have Leon Plavid standing in at 5'4", head of the New Layen Republic!

History: Leon is a survivor of the Obscurite Invasion; Forced into a life of caution and hiding, Leon adapted to being unseen and aggressive only at a distance and hiding when danger came close. One day though, he entered the top chamber of the abandoned LEPO building while scavenging for necessities and encountered what he still believes to be the manifestation of a greater cause that he was to follow. He was presented with the wonderful depictions of Layen at its finest and its citizens living not with fear but with content and trust in their new leader. It was assured to him that such an outcome was possible, but it needed someone to lead the cause, and it offered the someone to be him. Naturally he was quite upset since he felt he was never suited to power, but it continued to reassure him that he was fully capable of leading a revolution for a New Layen Republic.

Personality: Leon is naturally skittish and a bit averse to anyone who has a more commanding presence than his own, but just as he can hide himself in plain sight with just a bit of color, he can temporarily hide his nature under a guise of a cigarette, a furrowed brow, and the reassurance that his efforts are all for Layen in the end. Being used to being behind a scope for hours on end, Leon can be very patient with situations should patience be the key to tipping the scales in his favor. While not opposed to confrontation, he will try to stray away from resorting to violence, but if pushed, he sees no harm in removing anything that will cause strife in the future when Layen is back to its former glory.

Ability:
*Optical Camouflage- Being an offshoot of a chameleon has its perks. Leon, and his garments, can change color and pattern to suit his surroundings. A complete and thorough blend takes time, about 60 seconds or so. On the other hand, a quick base color change can take as little as 10 seconds. This may not hide him completely, but in darker areas it'll help him keep his visibility down.

*Individual Eye Movement- While not necessarily an ability per-say, it can come in handy. This allows him to keep tabs on 2 things at a time. Comes in quite handy when one eye is looking down a scope, leaving the other to see things from the big picture, or keep watch to make sure no one catches him off-guard.
