Yay, my first horror creature! This one took a lot of time and effort, but it was worth it! I read on teh Interwebz that the reason we find things "creepy" is because they're something familiar, but there's just something off about them, so I decided to take one of the most innocent, goofy, cute things we humans have ever seen, a cockatiel, and turn it into a bloodthirsty monster for Spooptober, yay! XD

The Parrot is a paranormal being, assuming the alias of its victim's choosing until it finds the perfect moment to strike and violently murder its victim, then using the victim's corpse as a puppet, making it go back to the pet shop and demand a refund, paving The Parrot's way to its next victim. When in the presence of living humans, it appears as a normal cockatiel, acting as any domestic bird is expected to act in such presence. Its most notable alias was "Sammy," an alias which it gained under the care of a victim known as Amalthea R. Jones, a young woman age 14 who received a cockatiel for her birthday, which her mother had bought her from the local pet shop, in which The Parrot had homed itself in wait for a victim. "Sammy" then cornered Amalthea in her room alone and mauled her to death. While "he" was at it, "Sammy" murdered Amalthea's mother, Quinlyn A. Jones, and possessed both of their corpses to send him back to the pet shop. This cycle continued on and on, from owner to owner, from alias to alias, for eternity. As far as studies have shown, The Parrot is immortal and is very likely to be the end of humanity itself.
