Concept art for my SA1 remake video! A big part of doing well in races, could be ensuring your Chao is well-taken care of beforehand. For example, if they go into the race hungry, that will impact their performance. This idea was inspired by how in OG SA1 and 2, if your Chao is asleep in the Garden, and you enter them into races, they will actually fall asleep DURING the race. So this is expanding on that- to help make your Chao feel like a real pet and not just a mindless stat machine. #sonic #art
