"Sometimes, when things get really low, I think about how it used to be. I think about when you and I were much younger, when our children were much younger. I think about trips to the aquarium, and walks in the park. Lazy Sunday mornings playing board games, or reading out in the sun in the back yard. They were, without a doubt, the best years of my life. We visit you a lot, both of you. Two gravestones, side by side. Carved impeccably. Daily, I find myself thinking that no parent should have to outlive their child. And what of our daughter? What is she now that a part of her has died? We try to move on, to salvage our lives, but we find ourselves thinking of those times....of how we were normal once..."

So, here's a picture I've had in my head for a long time, and I've only recently had the inspiration to fucking make it. Of course, with the help of one of the greatest base-makers I've seen, Kaya-Snapdragon. I used her base for families, but I sorta spliced the two of them together, since Sarah and Rachel are twins. I also snagged the hand from her children base for Sarah.
