When I found this image I didn't see a name for the character or series so sorry for an in general title however I feel the card layout in this drawing came out amazing and is my favourite card style so far. If I find any other images like this one I will do another drawing and will put more effort into finding out the name of the series, I love the outfit as it looks really cute and I'm ya know biased towards top hats .

Her shoe was the only part I struggled with as I kept making it too wide but I feel quite happy with the final result and the style looks elegant. The side diamond patterns were also a fun feature to draw as there are red gems that appear in every other spot while the others ones switch between green and orange colours. Usually I give up on trying to draw a characters hand by their head but this attempt at it went better than other ones and it looks like she is holding her top hat =^-^=.
